Set up in 1984, C. C. Yang & Co is a medium-sized public accounting firm in Singapore. Together with our associates (collectively referred to as “we” or “our Group”), we offer a comprehensive range of services, including statutory audits and a wide range of advisory services, such as tax advisory. Our clientele include multinational corporations, public-listed companies, and small and medium enterprises, based locally and overseas in diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, education, medical, automobiles, technology, construction, hospitality, marine and logistics.

- C. C. Yang & Associates which specialises in tax compliance advisory, corporate secretarial and insolvency services
- Orion BPO Pte Ltd which provides accounting solutions and payroll related services
- Orion Information Systems Pte Ltd which develops software solutions such as our proprietary Orion ERM System, a solution which assists enterprises in managing risks and internal controls
- Yang Lee & Associates which specialises in consultancy services including governance solutions, transactional services, Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) and sustainability reporting advisory services
We are led by 3 Partners and 2 Directors and have approximately 50 professional staff.
